Self Exploration, Healing and Transformation
If your life is not as fulfilling as you would like it to be, unconscious blockages could be holding you back. This workshop is intended to assist participants to turn inward and claim their full potential.
Holotropic BreathworkTM is based on the principle that each of us has an Inner Healer which we can best connect with in nonordinary states of consciousness. Breath, musical soundscape and trained facilitators guide participants on a journey deep within to evoke healing and transformation.
Carolyn Green, PhD and Jane Cooper BSc.,CLSC, are Groff Transpersonal Training certified and bring 20 years years of combined experience and training in breathwork to their groups.
