The NEW Edmonton Expo Centre Our New Location this Spring
THE LARGEST EVENT IN OUR 15 YEARS The Body Soul & Spirit Expo has partnered with Northlands (who also brings the "Capital X") to produce the first of our new formate shows at the NEW Edmonton Expo Centre! With over 150 exhibits, 50 lectures and presentations, and several new categories of exhibits including our Fitness, Anti Aging and Spas, Nutrition, Green Living, Yoga and much more. Along with a more diverse exhibits, special features including FREE Morning Yoga Classes (suitable for both beginners and experts), Meditation Classes, Interactive Fitness Sessions and much more have been added to the main stage presentations.

 The main lecture theatre provides a wealth of information on a wide variety of subjects, and is included as part of your admission.
Professional hosted by our master of ceremonies, and always full of exciting topics and presentations. Our lecture program is of the most highly anticipated features of the event! With numerous inspiring speakers, authors and knowlegable experts, many come back each day, and sit in only many different sessions.
