registration, you are confirming your participation in the Body Soul & Spirit
Expo as an exhibitor and/or speaker, and agree to the
Terms of Exhibiting.
Your registration is accepted as a application to exhibit - you
will be notified with a confirmation email once you are accepted and
your registration processed.

If booking by credit card a
50% deposit will be charge account provided. Your final 50%
will be applied to this same account (credit card) about
30 days prior to the event.
If booking by Certified
Cheque or Money Order, you may send a certified Cheque or money order for you
50% deposit, along with an additional Cheque for the balance post-dated
for 30 days prior to the date of the event.
A Confirmation of
this Registration (acceptance confirmation), as well as updates, news, and
conference call details will be sent to the email address you provided! Once
booked you will be contacted by one of our representative to confirm details
including your booth number, lecture times, and additional set-up requirements
(if any).
