The Taoist Tai Chi Society is a non-profit volunteer based charitable organization. We provide instruation in the ancient Chinese exercise of Taoist Tai Chi to improve the health, wellness, and quality of life; body, mind and spirit for people of any age or physical condition.
Tai Chi focuses on building strength, balance and flexability through preforming slow and fluid movements in a continous flowing sequence.
Taoist Tai Chi is often referred to as a mediation in motion. Tai Chi is particularly effective in relaxing the mind, and therefore reduces the effects of stess on the body.
